Both the Royal Enfield 650 Twins come equipped with a retro-looking headlamp to match their classic look and style. While the headlamp does look pretty great, many people weren’t happy with the fact that they don’t have a clear lens. Well, now they do!

As per the recent reports, Royal Enfield is now providing clear lens headlight in both the Interceptor 650 and Continental GT 650 in India. All the units manufactured after October 1st will be equipped with it.

In my opinion, the old headlight did a pretty good job in illuminating what’s ahead and also added to the classic look of the bikes. However, the new clear lens unit looks a tad bit better. Don’t you think? I mean it isn’t too modern to spoil the retro style of the bikes and it is, of course, better than the previous non-clear lens. I’m not sure whether the clear lens would affect the illumination or not.

Do you own an Interceptor 650 or Continental GT 650 that has a clear lens headlamp? If yes, do share some pictures.

Royal Enfield nailed it with the new 650 Twins. They kind of resurrected the brand and are selling like hotcakes. The INT 650 comes at a starting price of Rs 2.51 lakh and is the most affordable twin-cylinder motorcycle in the country right now. And on top of that, it is a massive 650cc engine. On the other hand, the Continental GT 650 is a perfect cafe racer that has a starting price of Rs 2.72 lakh.

We don’t think any other brand would be able to offer such VFM products at these affordable prices any time soon.

All prices are ex-showroom
