Ducati World Premiere 2020 took place on October 23rd where Ducati uncovered its 2020 product range. The star of the show was, of course, the brutal Ducati Streetfighter V4. However, Ducati also showcased its all-new Panigale V2 which is the successor to the existing Panigale 959.
The Panigale V2 borrows its design cues from the mighty Panigale V4. It means that it looks drop-dead gorgeous! We were in love with the V4 and now it has become a love triangle! The extensive fairing hugs the mechanics, highlighting the compactness of the Superquadro twin-cylinder engine to create a visually compact bike.

Ducati says that the Panigale V2 is a rider-friendly motorcycle and amateur riders will love it. It is powered by a 995cc, Superquadro engine with a maximum power of 155 hp at 10,750 rpm and a maximum torque of 104 Nm at 9,000 rpm. It is, of course, Euro 5 compliant.
To handle all that explosive power, Ducati has provided a sophisticated inertial platform-based electronics package that includes cornering ABS, traction control, wheelie control, up and down quick shifter, engine brake control, and much more.
Some other Panigale V2 features include a single-sided swingarm and an exhaust with extremely compact under-engine silencer and single-side tailpipe. The clean lines, typical of Ducati superbikes, are enhanced by the traditional Ducati Red livery and black wheels.
Its expected launch time in India is some time during the first quarter of 2020. Are you excited?
