The Ducati Scrambler Desert Sled Fasthouse has been revealed. Ducati has announced the arrival of the Scrambler Desert Sled Fasthouse in celebration of the collaboration between the two brands and also to celebrate their win at the Mint 400 desert race.

Ducati Scrambler Desert Sled Fasthouse

The Ducati Scrambler Desert Sled is one of the most fun-to-ride production machines out there, especially when there’s no tarmac under the wheels. Now, the brand has revealed the Desert Sled Fasthouse. Fasthouse is a motorsport and biking-inspired clothing and apparel brand based in America. In June 2020, Ducati and Fasthouse collaborated and entered the Mint 400 desert race.

They took the win in the Hooligan class with Jordan Graham piloting the heavily modified Ducati Desert Sled. Nearly a year later, Ducati has now revealed the Scrambler Desert Sled Fasthouse limited-edition motorcycle inspired by the motorcycle that won the Mint 400 last year. It is in essence a motorcycle that only looks like the motorcycle that won the desert race.

It gets a similar paint and graphics scheme but is a stock Ducati Scrambler Desert Sled underneath. It gets a Black and Grey base paint with Silver stripes on the fuel tank. The frame has been finished in a bright Red and the fuel tank sports the Scrambler and Fasthouse logos. The rear monoshock is finished in a bright yellow and the motorcycle rides on spoked wheels shod with Pirelli Scorpion Rally STR tyres.

Only 800 of units of the Ducati Scrambler Desert Sled Fasthouse will be made and each one of them will be numbered. An aluminium plate on the motorcycle will feature its individual number out of 800. Unlike the actual Mint 400 bikes, this one comes with the stock mechanicals.

It is therefore powered by the same air-cooled, 803cc, L-twin engine with a maximum power output of 71.8bhp and a peak torque output of 66.2Nm. It does come with a decent amount of electronics and rider aids including traction control, ABS, riding modes, etc.

Suspension duties are handled by off-road-oriented upside-down fork up front and monoshock at the rear from Kayaba. It is unlikely that Ducati will bring the Desert Sled Fasthouse to the Indian market, and will limit sales to the American market only. Fasthouse will soon start retailing clothing and apparel inspired and created for the Ducati Desert Sled Fasthouse and unlike the bike itself, these can be ordered from India.
