KTM RC 125, RC 200 and RC 390 launched in new colours

KTM RC 390 Metallic Silver

KTM India has launched new colour options for the RC 125, RC 200 and RC 390. The three supersport motorcycles have received a new colour option each, thereby making them more attractive to a wider audience. The KTM RC series have since the start been the go-to motorcycle for supersport needs.

KTM RC 125 Dark Galvano

KTM first launched the RC 200 and RC 390 and then brought in the RC 125 as well, thereby catering to a variety of buyers and their needs. These motorcycles looked great, had an aggressive riding position and offered riding pleasure like no other in their respective segments.

However, their designs are a little outdated right now, as they haven’t received any substantial design updates since they were launched. KTM is working on a brand-new design for the RC series. The new 2021 RC 390 has been spotted testing in Europe multiple times now and we expect it to be launched in the next few months.

Soon after, the RC 125 and RC 200 will adopt the new design language as well. Until then though, KTM has decided to freshen up things a bit for the RC series in the Indian market through these new colour options.

KTM RC 200 Electronic Orange

The KTM RC 125 is now available in a new shade called Dark Galvano. It is a shade that was already available on the KTM RC 200 and has a Black paint with Orange and White highlights and is now available on the RC 125 as well.

The KTM RC 200 now has been made available in the Electronic Orange shade, which is a much brighter colour with Orange as the main colour and Grey, White and Black highlights. The KTM RC 390 gets a new colour called Metallic Silver and as the name suggests, has Silver as the base colour. And then in typical KTM fashion, it gets Orange, White and Black highlights.

The motorcycles will be available in the older colours as well. No mechanical changes have been made to the KTM RC 125, RC 200 and RC 390. The KTM RC 125 is powered by the same 124.7cc engine putting out 14.74bhp and 12Nm. The KTM RC 200 uses the same 199.5cc engine with 25.44bhp and 19.5Nm while the RC 390 with its 373.3c engine puts out 42.9bhp and 35Nm.

In terms of components and cycle parts too, the motorcycles remain the same. Bookings for the new colours have started across all KTM dealerships in India and deliveries will start soon.
