The 2020 Benelli TNT 600i has been launched in the Chinese market at a starting price of CNY 46,800 (INR 5.07 lakh). The motorcycle now comes with a few new features and new colour options. However, it remains the same mechanically.
The Benelli TNT 600i is one of the more popular mid-weight motorcycles in several international markets including the Indian market. The Benelli TNT 600i has been around for quite sometime and we are familiar with the bassy rumble of the inline-four engine and the minimalistic yet muscular design.
Well, the 2020 facelift has now been launched and it continues with the muscular and minimalistic design. However, it now gets a new headlamp design. The headlamp is now an LED unit and is now more elongated. It also gets new LED turn signal indicators.
Benelli has made the bike available with two new colour options. It is now available in Neon-Green with Black or White with Black and even sports attractive graphics. Yet another new feature on the 2020 Benelli TNT 600i is the TFT instrumentation.
Other than the aforementioned changes, the Benelli TNT 600i remains the same as the outgoing model. It is still powered by the same liquid-cooled, 600cc, inline-four engine with a maximum power output of 82.8bhp and a peak torque output of 54.6Nm. A six-speed gearbox assisted by a slipper clutch drives the rear wheel.
It still comes with the same twin disc up front and single disc at the rear brake setup as it did before. The pre-facelift Benelli TNT 600i is on sale in the Indian market and retails at Rs 6.2 lakh.
We’re not sure if Benelli will bring the 2020 facelift to the Indian market or if it will directly bring in the 2021 TNT 600N. The recently revealed Benelli TNT 600N features a completely new design and radiates premium feels. It is the replacement for the TNT 600i across global markets.
