It was a Valentino Rossi show at the MotoGP Qatar 2015 round. From being quite literally nowhere during the free practise days and qualifying at eighth, Valentino Rossi pulled off a classic race with surgical precision in true ‘Doctor’ style to take victory at the MotoGP Qatar race. The race was very technical and the decision to go for the harder front tyre really enabled Valentino Rossi to push and keep the Ducati ridden by Andrea Dovizioso at bay in the final two laps. The Ducati clearly a very competitive motorcycle now. Maybe Rossi just writes his owns scripts, because being the guy who denied victory to Ducati seems almost poetic. To see the old dog battling like this was an ultimate privilege. Valentino Rossi said post race that it was one of the best races in his career and we definitely agree.
