Yamaha have announced a launch on the 30th of this month and in all probability it will be the new Yamaha FZ/FZ-S which is rumored to get fuel injection and maybe a slight bump in capacity to a number around 170cc. This is the same motorcycle that we spotted couple of days back. In fact our sources back then had pretty much confirmed the launch date.
A lot is expected from Yamaha this year, the new updated FZ is definitely one motorcycle that we have been waiting for but truth is the most awaited motorcycle is still the Yamaha YZF-R25. After its Indonesian launch, the wait has just got excruciating. Will we see it in India this year? Maybe just maybe, from what we could dig out, there is a good chance we can see it late this year, somewhere around November. Anyways that’s a story we will be keeping a special eye on, coming back to the new Yamaha FZ since the photographs of it have been spotted time and again all across India, there is not much suspense as to what it looks like. The addition of fuel injection even without the power bump was a definite must as this macho motorcycle was pretty high on consumption.
