Triumph has just announced a Speed Triple R Dark edition and only 30 of these will ever be made. The customising will be done by renowned British paint shop ‘8 Ball’. The Dark edition gets a satin black finish all over with red trimming and airbrushed accents, along with a matching coloured belly pan. Other additions include a mini windscreen, carbon fibre trimming, a batch number that marks its number among the 30 and a special ‘R 1050’ logo. Apart from these cosmetic changes the Speed Triple R remains the same internally. The special edition is just about 200 pounds costlier than the standard Triumph Speed Triple R version.
