Finally we have a video of the new Yamaha Super Tenere Worldcrosser 1200 from the press test ride session that took place in Spain last month. The footage shows us the most extreme version of the XT1200Z Super Tenere taking on difficult conditions in a Spanish countryside and proving that it is totally at ease on the gravel, sand and through water. The video also shows us some of the most interesting details of the model and will surely please all fans.
The Yamaha Super Tenere Worldcrosser 1200 is powered by a 1,199 cc in-line two with a a compression ratio of 11.0:1 that is credited with an output of 110 hp and 114 Nm of torque at 6,000 rpm. What really sets the Worldcrosser apart from the ‘regular’ Super Tenere is a bunch of special parts like the carbon side panels, lightweight carbon frame and fork protectors, drive shaft shield and rear brake protector in black anodized aluminum and an aluminum skid plate.
