The Mugello racetrack in Italy has been hosting races since 1976. Last season almost 85,000 spectators arrived to watch the GP at the racetrack. Despite being a rain spoiled race the excellent working conditions for the teams and add to that many little things that made the experience for teams and fans a very comfortable one, brought Mugello racetrack its fifth consecutive IRTA award.
The IRTA Best Grand Prix award is decided by a panel that includes members from all the teams, technical suppliers and sponsors significantly related to the MotoGP competition. Will Mugello live up to its five awards and outdo itself again this year? We will definitely know on 15th July this year.
