Like every serious two wheel manufacturer, BMWs at this year’s EICMA brought in two new maxi scooters, the BMW F 600 C 650 Sport and GT. The BMW F 600 Sport is designed to provide a sporty riding driving style. The new C 650 GT brings more comfort and satisfaction for longer journeys. Both BMW’s have the same two-cylinder 647 cc engine capacity. The engine is equipped with a fuel injection system and produces 60 hp of power and 66 Nm of torque.
The motor acts as a separate unit and is attached to chassis components made of steel tubes and aluminum components. Both scooters are equipped with a twisted USD forks with diameter 40 mm while the rear gets a horizontally mounted shock absorber. Both the scooters are equipped with ABS. BMW F 600 Sport has a higher seat and lower steering column position. The GT 650 C has a much lower with a more upright riding position.
