Suzuki has launched its 2019 Intruder in the Indian market for INR 1.08 lakhs (ex-showroom, Delhi). There have been updates for the gear shift design, brake pedal and other components for ensuring good riding comfort while a new Metallic Matte Titanium Silver colour has also been introduced.
Devashish Hand, the Vice President, Suzuki Motorcycle India, stated that the 2019 Intruder offers great weekend cruising abilities coupled with efficient city commuting. The new Intruder has LED position lights in addition to an LED tail lamp, twin-seat setup, digital instrument cluster and a twin outlet exhaust. The pillion back rest is also a handy feature on this motorcycle.
The new Intruder has black alloy wheels and rear and front disc brakes, a rear mono shock and front telescopic forks. The single cylinder 154.9 cc engine that makes 14.8 PS @8000 RPM and 14 Nm @ 6000 RPM of peak torque remains the same with a five speed gearbox for the bike.
