Over the years, the Hayabusa evolved, with the second generation launched in 2007 featuring an upgraded 1340cc engine and the Suzuki Drive Mode Selector (SDMS). Global sales expanded, with the Japanese domestic version introduced in 2014 and production and sales in India starting in 2016.

The current third-generation Hayabusa, introduced in 2021, boasts enhanced engine and chassis designs, along with advanced electronic controls like the Suzuki Intelligent Ride System (S.I.R.S.), showcasing the concept of “The Refined Beast.”
