Yamaha has officially launched the 2019 Yamaha FZ Fi V3.0 at INR 95,000 (ex-showroom) and the FZ-S Fi V3.0 at INR 97,000 (ex-showroom, Delhi). The 2019 version gets several updates including a new design, enhanced bottom end performance, fuel injection and single channel ABS as standard. The FZ25 and Fazer 25 have also been launched with dual-channel ABS and these are priced at INR 1.33 lakhs (ex-showroom) and INR 1.44 lakhs (ex-showroom, Delhi) respectively.

The 2019 Yamaha FZ / FZ-S Fi V3.0 gets a new full-LED dual pod headlamp cluster and a new chunky fuel tank along with extended tank shrouds. There is a new single seat which is now 16% larger than previous versions. The 2019 version gets the same single cylinder 149 cc fuel injected engine that makes 13.2 BHP and 12.8 Nm. The engine is paired to a 5-speed gearbox while there are 41 mm front telescopic forks and a rear monoshock on offer. The FZ-S gets chrome lining on its tank shrouds and an engine cowl to separate it from the FZ.

The new FZ-S will be available in 3 colour options – Matt Black, Dark Matt Blue, Gray & Cyan Blue. While the new FZ will be available in 2 colour options – Metric Black, Racing Blue.

There are disc brakes at both front and rear while single channel ABS is standard as mentioned earlier. The bike will be officially available for sale by early February and is priced at roughly INR 10,000 more than the earlier model. Yamaha dealerships in India are already accepting bookings for the same.
