Okinawa Autotech one of the top players in the electric two-wheeler manufacturing segment recently organised ‘Free Servicing Camps’ (FSC) in various cities of Haryana-including Sirsa, Fatehabad, Hissar & Ellnabad. Company is aggressively covering many other states like Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra & other states in the coming days. The aim of the camp was to ensure the product quality of the vehicles remains intact, and Okinawa left no stone un-turned to this effect, even replacing the batteries of the vehicles if found faulty. Okinawa aims to host these camps with extended Sale, Service and Spare facilities to their customers in these regions.
With an aim to achieve 100% customer satisfaction, the Free Service Camps organised by Okinawa have received an overwhelming response from its customers in Haryana. Considering awareness about e-vehicles is still at a nascent stage in India and there is a dearth of dedicated EV repair services, these camps have been a godsend.
Mangal Singh from Sirsa (one of the first few Okinawa customers) – “The FSC camp organised in Sirsa, Fatehabad, Hissar & Ellnabad by Okinawa was a great initiative by the organisation. Being a first-time EV buyer, there were many queries and apprehensions in my mind which Okinawa’s representatives answered extremely patiently, apart from repairing the small niggles and restoring my EV to a 100% condition. I hope Okinawa continues to host such camps and will look forward to bring my e-scooter to the experienced mechanics at the camps and keep it in pristine shape.”

Commenting on the thought behind such camps, Jeetender Sharma, Managing Director, Okinawa Autotech said, “The FSC camp is a unique attempt by Okinawa to connect with our customers and stay true to our promise of providing complete and comprehensive after-sales services to ensure our products remain at the peak of their performance. We aim to change the mindset and obliterate the misconceptions people might have about the EV industry’s servicing capabilities and have even offered complete replacement of our e-scooter’s batteries if found defective. Our goal is to reach out to as many customers as possible with this initiative, and we are looking forward to organising such camps in Rajasthan and UP to extend similar support to our customers in these regions.”
