Eagerly anticipating the 2019 model year, Kawasaki has just unveiled the upcoming colour-ways for a number of popular existing models. The ZZR1400 ((ZX-14R) adopts a Metallic Spark Black / Candy Cardinal Red look while retaining its magnificent ultimate performance personality and incredible acceleration. Dubbed the “thrill seeker” the Euro4 compliant machine continues to delight fans of traditional large capacity Sports Touring machines alongside its stablemate, the ZZ1400 Performance Sport.
Equipped with Brembo M50 Monobloc brake calipers, an Öhlins TTX rear shock absorber and twin Akrapovič lightweight titanium silencers, the ZZR1400 Performance Sport rider can hunker down behind a standard fit bubble screen and delight in sheer, unadulterated Kawasaki thrills allied to the new Metallic Spark Black/Pearl Meteor Gray / Emerald Blazing Green colour-way.
An instant hit in the sales charts, the evocative modern classic Z900RS and Z900RS CAFE machines retain many of their initial colour schemes for 2019 including the iconic Z1 influenced “Jaffa” colour way reminiscent of the original ground breaking machine of 1972 . However, one colour change is seen on the Metallic Matte Covert Khaki / Flat Ebony RS machine and an additional Metallic Graphite Gray colour-way for the Z900RS CAFE along with the highly accepted Vintage Lime green the bikini faired, low handlebar look the CAFE was launched with.
Finally, for the Versys range, both the Versys 650 and Versys-X 300 get subtle updates for 2019. Three colour options remain for the Versys with Candy Lime Green/ Metallic Spark Black partnering Metallic Spark Black / Metallic Matte Fusion Silver along with Metallic Moondust Gray / Metallic Flat Spark Black also available.
The any-road, any-time ethos of the Versys-X 300 remains with two colour options for the incoming sales season seeing the machine resplendent in Metallic Moondust Gray/ Metallic Flat Spark Black or Candy Lime Green/ Metallic Flat Spark Black.
