Bajaj has finally made an official launch statement on the Pulsar NS200 ABS. While the ABS variant is already on road, the official announcement comes in only today. The Pulsar NS200 ABS will be available in 3 colour options – Wild Red, Mirage White and Graphite Black and is priced at Rs 1,09,715/- (Ex Showroom, Delhi).
The ABS on offer is the single channel one, similar to the one seen on the Pulsar RS 200 and will only be for the front wheel.
The Pulsar NS200 comes with 200 cc a liquid cooled, four valve, triple spark DTS-i engine and delivers 23.5 PS. It now comes with ABS in combination with a bigger disc at front and of course the perimeter frame.
Commenting on the introduction of the Pulsar NS200 ABS, Mr Eric Vas, President – Motorcycles, Bajaj Auto Ltd – “We have received a large number of requests from our customers for ABS and hence we are extending it to the NS200. The introduction of the ABS variant will enhance the bikes performance appeal and strengthen our leadership in this performance segment.”
NS, standing for Naked Sports, is an aggressive street fighter motorcycle coming in two engine capacities – the Pulsar NS200 and Pulsar NS160 (review here). It is now introduced in all Metros and will be progressively available across all dealerships in the country.
