Following the success of the Triumph Tiger 800/800XC it was quite clear that Triumph would present to the world the Tiger 1200 Explorer at the EICMA 2011, and for sure Triumph introduced a new member to the Tiger family with a bigger 1200 cc engine. This new engine also gets the joint transmission that features on the Triumph Sport-Tourer.
The new Tiger Explorer 1200 also gets a ride by wire system along with the traction control and the cruise control. The Explorer 1200 comes equipped with an ABS system, which can be turned on and off as per need. As with all the Triumph motorcycles there are of-course a host of accessories that are offered to customize the motorcycle.
