MV Agusta has been slowly but steadily expanding its range over the past couple of months. The manufacturer known for its premium motorcycles has decided to offer motorcycles with more affordable prices. The original Brutale 1090RR is a wonderful motorcycle, but priced very steep, MV Agusta now offers their customers a cheaper alternative, the Brutale 1090R.

The four-cylinder engine motorcycle has a volume of 1079 cc and delivers 144 HP at 10300 RPM. Compared with the Brutale 1090RR this 1090R engine is more balanced, and has a new electrical system which has been developed specifically for the Brutale 1090R and has 10 riding modes.

The suspension of the new MV Agusta 1090R use the Marzocchi Jive USD front forks which are 50 mm in diameter and Sachs monoshock at the rear. The rear wheel now run on 190/55 –  ZR17. The MV Agusta 1090R will be available in MV traditional MV colors, white, black and red combination. Here is a look at the snaps that MV has released of the new Brutale 1090R.
