MotoGP 2012 provisional calendar announced

FIM and Dorna have released the first version of the calendar for the next season (2012) of MotoGP. The race will start in Qatar, with the final stop at Valencia in early November. Yesterday we informed you about the GP skipping Sachsenring, and the current calender re-confirms it. This year has been a mixed bag so far and with the Repsol riders along with Lorenzo battling it out for podiums. Next years jump to 1000c will definitely be a brand new phase for MotoGP.

2nd-29th April – Jerez – Spain (still negotiating)

3rd-06th May – Estoril – Portugal (still negotiating)

4th-20th May – Le Mans – France

5th-3rd June – Catalunya – Catalonia

6th-17th June – Silverstone – Great Britain

7th-30th June – Assen – Netherlands

8th-08th July – (unknown track) – Germany

9th-15th July – Mugello – Italy

10th-29th July – Laguna Seca – USA

11th-19th August – Indianapolis – Indianapolis

12th-26th August – Brno – Czech Republic

13th-16th September – Misano – San Marino

14th-30th September – Motorland – Aragon

15th-14th October – Motegi – Japan

16th-21st October – Sepang – Malaysia

17th-28th October – Phillip Island-Australia
