Ducati 848 Streetfighter revealed

Spy pictures of the Ducati 848 Streetfighter has been around for couple of weeks now, with fans spotting the all new Ducati near the factory in Borgo Panigaleu. Finally Ducati have taken the covers off the new Ducati 848 Streetfighter for the year 2011. The Ducati website recently updated photographs and other key changes to the new Streetfighter.

The Streetfighter gets the new and brilliantly engineered 848 Testastretta 11° engine currently also on the 848 EVO with an enhanced chassis that provides much more confidence and increased agility, the Streetfighter 848 been made with a strict intention of making the bike an everyday accessory with a smooth and flexible power delivery, revised ergonomics and Ducati Traction Control. The only visual change from the older Streetfighter is in the rear sprocket mount, and also a more cost effective Brembo braking system. Ducati have still not yet officially released the technical specifications of the new 848 Streetfighter as of today.

The Ducati 848 Streetfighter will be available from November 2011 onwards in international markets and will be available in red, matt black and yellow.
